Many leaders begin by doing everything themselves: answering every email, taking every meeting, saying ‘yes’ to every opportunity and jumping into every problem. For a while, that level of involvement feels responsible, even necessary.

But eventually, many hit the same invisible wall. The challenge isn’t a lack of talent, strategy or ambition. It’s capacity. Leadership reaches a point where doing more no longer creates better results. Instead, the next level requires doing less and doing it intentionally.
