How We Work With Nonprofit Consultants
The Relatable Nonprofit Mentorship is one experience designed for two common starting points. Choose the option that best reflects where you are right now.
Preparing to Transition Into Consulting
For senior nonprofit professionals who are planning a thoughtful move into consulting and want to replace their income without chaos or reputational risk. This path focuses on positioning, offers, pricing, and guardrails so you can leave employment with confidence and clarity.
Already Consulting and Want More Stability
For nonprofit consultants who already have clients but want steadier income, clearer boundaries, and a business that feels sustainable. This path focuses on tightening offers, correcting pricing, strengthening pipeline, and building systems that reduce stress and unpredictability.
From Nonprofit Professionals to Business Owners
Hi, we are Cat and Julia. In 2021, we left our nonprofit jobs to consult. We did not start with a perfect plan. We finally achieved success in our business when we committed to the fundamentals and started implementing them consistently.
Like many nonprofit consultants, we learned the hard way. We underpriced our work, relied too heavily on referrals, invested in business coaching that was not designed for nonprofit professionals, joined communities that offered connection but not results, and spent too much time searching for strategies without a clear operating system to follow.
That experience is why we created Relatable Nonprofit. Today, we help nonprofit consultants build structured, sustainable businesses with a predictable pipeline and revenue, so they can do mission-driven work with more autonomy, stability, and boundaries.
