Hi, we’re Cat and Julia. In 2021, we left senior nonprofit leadership roles to consult.
We quickly realized there was no nonprofit-specific roadmap we could trust to grow a consulting business. We had the sector experience, but not the business system, and we spent a lot of time figuring that out the hard way.
Once we built the right foundation and executed consistently, everything changed. We scaled to $300,000 in annual revenue and created a business that felt stable, structured, and sustainable.
