The Relatable Nonprofit Mentorship is for experienced nonprofit professionals and consultants who take their work seriously and want to build a consulting business that matches their level of expertise.

This is not a program about nonprofit basics. It is a mentorship focused on the business side of nonprofit consulting.

Most members come from mid to senior roles across local, national, and international organizations. They are committed to the sector, and they want a structure that gives them more control over their income, time, and work.

We help members build consulting, fractional, and coaching businesses.

Some members work as consultants, advising nonprofits on strategy and planning. Others take on fractional roles, operating like part-time staff and helping implement the work inside the organization. Others offer coaching, supporting nonprofit leaders with guidance and accountability.

While the models can look different, the business foundations are the same. You still need to position your expertise, define services, price your work sustainably, and consistently attract nonprofit clients.

Members who succeed tend to bring two things:

• A willingness to show up and apply what we teach

This mentorship works best when you can consistently engage with it. Plan to spend about 1 to 5 hours per week attending coaching sessions, implementing, and using the resources.

When we started consulting, we tried everything: business coaches who didn’t understand nonprofits, communities that offered connection but not traction, and hours spent Googling “best practices” for nonprofit consulting.

Eventually, we realized the issue wasn’t effort. It was the lack of a nonprofit-specific, all-in-one system.

So we created the Relatable Nonprofit Mentorship as one comprehensive experience, coaching, community, and tactical resources working together, designed specifically for nonprofit consultants.

It’s the only program built this way for this sector.

• Group coaching programs that offer structured training and community often start around $5,000 and up, and many do not include individual feedback.  

• One-on-one business coaching packages frequently begin around $10,000 and can go well beyond that depending on the coach.  

• Courses and community-only memberships often cost up to $2,500, but commonly do not include coaching, accountability, or a clear implementation framework.
