Why Relatable Nonprofit Exists

Hi, we are Cat and Julia. In 2021, we left our nonprofit jobs to consult. We did not start with a perfect plan. We finally achieved success in our business when we committed to the fundamentals and started implementing them consistently.

Like many nonprofit consultants, we learned the hard way. We underpriced our work, relied too heavily on referrals, invested in business coaching that was not designed for nonprofit professionals, joined communities that offered connection but not results, and spent too much time searching for strategies without a clear operating system to follow.

That experience is why we created Relatable Nonprofit. Today, we help nonprofit consultants build structured, sustainable businesses with a predictable pipeline and revenue, so they can do mission-driven work with more autonomy, stability, and boundaries.
