This policy explains what personal information Relatable Nonprofit collects through relatablenonprofit.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Relatable Nonprofit is a business of Devine & Parker Consulting Inc. ("Relatable Nonprofit," "we," "us"). Our paid programs and online community run on Circle, which has its own privacy policy for members.

Information you give us

Email signups and downloads. When you join the newsletter or request a free resource, we collect your name and email address.
Quizzes, surveys, and applications. When you take a quiz, answer a survey, or apply to a program, we collect your answers and contact details.
Calls. If you book a call, we collect your contact details and what you share to prepare for it.
Purchases. When you buy a program, we receive your name, email, and purchase details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
Messages. When you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, the referring site, and approximate location. We collect it with cookies, pixels, and similar tools, including:

Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site.
The Meta Pixel, which helps us measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show ads to people who have visited the Site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use Google's opt-out tool and adjust your Meta ad preferences. Some parts of the Site may not work as well without cookies. We don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How we use your information

To send the resources you request and the emails you sign up for, including our Sunday newsletter
To tell you about our programs, events, and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To review applications, schedule calls, and process purchases
To run the annual survey and publish findings in aggregate, without naming you
To understand how the Site is used and improve it
To measure and improve our advertising
To protect the Site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host; our email, form, scheduling, video call, community, and payment providers; and our analytics and advertising partners. They may use it only to provide their services to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you're subscribed, are a customer, or we need it for the purposes above. We keep some records longer when the law requires it, such as purchase records for tax purposes. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices and rights

Emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You'll still get messages about anything you've bought.
Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@relatablenonprofit.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we'll help.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We're based in the United States, and our providers store information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be processed there.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including the platforms where our programs, forms, and checkout run, and social media sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let subscribers know by email.
