These terms apply to your use of relatablenonprofit.com (the "Site"), run by Devine & Parker Consulting Inc., doing business as Relatable Nonprofit ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a program or submit an application.
2. Programs and purchases
Our paid programs, including the Pricing Audit Bootcamp, the Community, and the Mentorship, are sold through Circle checkout. Each purchase is governed by the terms of purchase shown at checkout, including price, billing, cancellation, and refunds. If those terms conflict with these, the terms of purchase apply to that purchase. Prices and program details on the Site may change, and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
3. Educational content, not professional advice
The Site, our free resources, and our programs are for educational purposes. They aren't legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your specific situation.
4. No guaranteed results
Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market, and many factors outside our control. Examples, survey findings, and consultant stories on the Site show what others have done or reported. They aren't a promise or guarantee of what you'll earn.
5. Our content
The Site's text, graphics, logos, videos, the State of Nonprofit Consulting report, and other materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and download them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with credit to Relatable Nonprofit. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create products from our materials without our written permission.
6. Things you agree not to do
- Use the Site for anything illegal or harmful
- Try to break into, disrupt, or overload the Site or its systems
- Scrape or copy the Site with automated tools
- Submit false information or impersonate someone else
7. What you send us
When you send us survey answers, quiz responses, applications, or feedback, you confirm the information is accurate. You let us use it to provide our services and to improve them. We may publish survey results in aggregate, in a way that doesn't identify you. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
8. Links to other sites
The Site links to services we don't control, including Circle, Typeform, and social media sites. Their terms and policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
