Why We Created ThisÂ
We’re Cat and Julia. We loved parts of our nonprofit jobs—and we also hit a point where “pushing through” wasn’t the answer anymore. We needed space to think without spiraling, and a way to make a plan that didn’t blow up our lives.
Consulting became our next step. It let us keep serving missions we care about—just with more flexibility and financial stability. Now we help other nonprofit professionals explore that same path (if it fits) and make a transition with structure instead of guesswork.
