Beating Nonprofit Burnout: How Catalina Parker Found Purpose Through Consulting

Millions of Americans are returning back to work after being home during the pandemic. While this has been exciting for many, some are feeling burned out by their work. Catalina Parker is co-founder of Relatable Nonprofit, where she helps nonprofit professionals launch consulting careers. After spending nearly a decade in the nonprofit sector as an employee, she burned out and decided to strike out on her own, building a successful consulting business in under a year. She now mentors others to transition into consulting, offering them the freedom and flexibility to do meaningful work on their own terms.
