“I had postpartum depression with both of my children. As an entrepreneur, I find comfort in being organized, getting things done on my own terms and having predictability and certainty. However, when I became a mother, all of that control went out the door. Motherhood is messy, chaotic and unpredictable.

Embrace the unpredictability and chaos of motherhood as an entrepreneur. Let go of the need for control, and find strength in navigating the gray area of balancing business and motherhood. Prioritize self-care for your well-being and the success of both your business and role as a mother.”
